Vendor Search Home
Select FY:
Vendor name
Who provided the goods or services that were purchased?
This search is known as the vendor search; it provides statewide totals of the amount paid to an individual, company, not-for-profit, non-state government, or other entity. State employees are considered vendors for purposes of travel and other reimbursements but are not considered vendors for purposes of wage and salary payments. Payments between the state and other governments for grants are considered vendor payments whether or not there is an exchange of goods or services for the amount paid. The number of state vendors is very large. Users should select the first symbol, number, or letter that corresponds to the first character of the vendor name and then select the two-character combination that matches the first two characters of the vendor name. After the system returns the list of vendors meeting these criteria, users can either scroll to the vendor's name or do a search within the page for the vendor's name using the web browser or operating system search mechanism (CTRL-F in Windows). Once a vendor name has been selected, the following drill down path is provided for additional information.
